new ride

This is our new 1989 Volkswagon Cabriolet. This vintage ride will replace the Volkswagon Golf, which is currently in hospice in our driveway.

We weren't sure how Ada would do in it with the top down, but it turns out she does better in the convertible than in the Mazda. Of late she has fussing a lot in the car, but the Cabi seems to combine transportation with one of Ada's favorite things: outside. So, in her "outside car," Ada seems to do A-OK.

The rest of us think it's pretty fun, too.
