Growing up girl
Ada has been with her sitter, Tsegga, since she was two months old. Friday, we said good-bye, and tomorrow she will be starting pre-school. It was very difficult to leave Tsegga, but we comfort ourselves that we'll see her soon as she will continue to occasionally sit for us when we go out. We're exciting for the next chapter in Ada's development. While she knows that she is going to go to school (this is a particular triumph for her, because she sees it as something Breyten does, and that's cool), I don't think she realizes that school will replace Tsegga. David and I are confident that Ada will adjust pretty easily. I think the biggest adjustment will be for the two of us.
Good-bye hugs with Tsegga
